Preparing 1.6.1 maintenance release

Guys,

I plan to move the trunk to 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT.
The objective is to deliver a 1.6.0 maintenance release by the end of this
year.

In that release, there are small fixes:
- security issue fixed by Andy
- Rest undeploy/deploy issue

To name a few important ones.
I would like also to include the Tomcat 7.0.38 containing a painful bug
during shutdown.
During that time, we should also get official binaries from OpenJPA
community.

Any thoughts or objections?

Jean-Louis

Yes, I know that.
That's is really something I'd like to do.

I was waiting for the latest Tomcat release, but the first shoot failed so
the now VOTE is ongoing.
If ok, we can maybe start the process before Xmas.

Just waiting for a bit more feedback on the shaded stuff (quartz).
Let's say, we can wait more one week and they, let's try to produce
something before the end of the year.

I suspect we'd be wise to see how the quartz change weathers in the snapshots for a while before releasing it.

since we use a shade of quartz (some real life validation would be
