building Cocoon.jar

Hello,

my system config:
tomcat 3.2.1
WinNt4.0 Sp6
Cocoon2

i wanted to update the cocoon.jar file. So i downloaded the latest files
from http://xml.apache.org/from-cvs/xml-cocoon/

after decompressing, i set the JAVA_HOME Path in built.bat and then i
run build.bat

the cocoon.jar file was built without errors. i replaced it in the
tomcat lib directory.

now when i start the tomcat with startup.bat it is running. the welcome
website is shown (http://localhost:8080/)
when i enter http://localhost:8080/cocoon i get error 404 file not
found.
are there other files i have to replace or change, when i want to run a
newer cocoon2 version?

thanks
  Georg
