perforce login

As far as I can tell, SCM does not support Perforce's Level 3 security, 
which requires authentication using p4 login.  If this is true, are 
there plans for adding it?

Apologies, I do see the code now, and a separate configuration problem 
was the cause of my problem, not the lack of this feature.
