I sent a "Who's running this" email a couple of weeks ago.
This is one of my main reasons for this thrust on getting
setuid to be safe. I would like to get Apache to be able to
run this (Frontpage) CGI under the uid of the directory that
is being saved to. There is no way in hell that this thing can be run
under a general gid, or the same as the webserver, let alone root.
