hi, [~lskuff], for this problem, there is a class in Hive org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.plan.ShowGrantDesc, and the "grant_time" is defined as bigint. There is a solution to create new class like ShowGrantDesc in sentry, but I think update this class in Hive side (bigint --> string) will be more reasonable.
