I didn't notice any special pattern or systematic rule combination which would cause errors in the Inlined Rules View. However, the view seems to have trouble updating itself in larger documents. I plan to take a look at the issue myself (not sure when though). I will attach a .bcas file and a Typesystem.xml to help (hopefully) reproducing the issues locally.
