Currently, [WALPrettyPrinter|https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/master/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/wal/WALPrettyPrinter.java] provides an option to ignore the values in the output, but it prints the whole cell. Sometimes, the user may only need the row keys from WAL and it may reduce the size of output from WALPrettyPrinter significantly. 

We should provide flexibility to output only rowkey from the cell.
