   This PR enhances the REST transform by introducing a more robust and configurable HTTP retry mechanism, addressing the issue reported in [6382](https://github.com/apache/hop/issues/6382)
   
   - Retry based on specific HTTP status codes (e.g. 429, 500, 503).
   - Retry based on HTTP methods (e.g. GET, POST).
   - Configure the maximum number of retry attempts.
   - Configure the delay interval between retries.
