Aaron started working with Avalon in 2002, quickly became a COP
convert and joined the team as a committer in 2003. His initial
work focused on testing Fortress and Merlin and providing
documentation.

<p>
In addition to finishing a Scientific Computing degree at the
University of Pittsburgh, Aaron works at Sony Electronics as a
software developer. He is also active in other open source
projects outside of Apache.
