[GitHub] incubator-brooklyn pull request: Configure attribute for storing P...

GitHub user grkvlt opened a pull request:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/337

    Configure attribute for storing PropertiesReloadListener for later removal

    Move the attribute for `PropertiesReloadListener` to a better location, and make the listener `Serializable` so it can be removed after a rebind.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/grkvlt/incubator-brooklyn property-reload-attribute

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/337.patch

    It's a place where the listener can be published by an entity, instead of keeping state in local fields of an entity. Otherwise we would lose the reference after rebind, and the entity could not remove the listener any more.

    LGTM. Maybe a `@Beta` on the new sensor as this is something we should find a better way to implement?

    Happy to merge either way.

    yep, it's better, but still wondering, who publishes this attribute, and who wants to know about it? i assume entities register their own custom listener. in which case maybe that code should be included somewhere also? without that documentation i think it will confuse people who think they can simply subscribe to it and get notifications.
