Clarification on EMAIL Reports
The current functionality in the source code as of now related to Sending
reports over email is limited.
We would like to propose a separate engine , on top of sms service how it
works , this reduces stress over fineract source code.
We would like to have suggestions and feedback , keeping in mind this
service is for consumers receiving email , just like SMS.
Let's open the dialogue .
We would like to make sure that service supports multiple email-providers,
we would like the service to log records similar to SMS.
We can define some business logic similar to SMS campaigns.

We have started the development in an open way, here is the url :
http://github.com/muellners/finscale-sms-service but i am afraid this is
no longer the same , since we have ported the code to microservice
architecture.
what do you think?
Development Ahead
Email Integration Soon .(Please suggest the provider)

I don't think this is supported on Fineract CN. Is this something you are
willing to develop and share with the rest of the community? Or will you

I don't know if this feature is available on Fineract 1.x. Does anyone have

One of the features that we are looking for is the ability to be able to send all of our customers a daily balance email automatically and also to be able to attach a PDF monthly statement to all our customers.
I think having this functionality being provided by the email service would be idea.

Do you want to share this via a PR with the rest of the community? Like
sending a PR to the Fineract CN upstream project?
You can start by creating an issue for it on JIRA.

Hey Giorgio, we have already achieved what you are trying to do.
We have the fineract services written in Kotlin and we are expanding it to
various other framework

Finscale is the service name.
You can join the discussion at slack if you wish

Hello Gents,
If it is needed i can craft a microservice it in Go programming language.
I have created a ticket for that.

We want a mail microservice working. The mail integration can be

Giorgio,
@Ebenezer Graham <eb...@gmail.com> built the notifications
microservice (
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FINERACT/Fineract+CN+Notification)
for Fineract CN supporting SMS and email.
Ebenezer, can you elaborate on how the notifications microservice could be
leveraged for sending out reports?
@Maek Twain <sa...@muellners.com> If you have already built functionality
to enable emailing reports can you please open a ticket for that
enhancement and share it back with the community?
Thanks,
