The length of the list is always:
   CSSEngine.getNumberOfProperties()

   on the CSSEngine the created the StyleMap.
This might be nice to have but really isn't that
important given that the class is intended to be
interal to the CSSEngine.  Introducing this might
lead developers to think each StyleMap could have
a differing number of properties.
