Apache Flex 4.10 release candidate 4

Hi,

We're currently voting on Apache Flex RC 4.10.0 RC4.

Please download it, try it out and send us feedback. You are also welcome to vote in the vote thread on the development list.

This RC will shortly be able to be installed by the release candidate of the installer.
