DTM IDs "error"

I get the following error (when trying to access a page
that was previously acessible):


An Error Occurred
Failed to execute pipeline.

org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Failed to execute pipeline.:
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException:
org.apache.xml.dtm.DTMException: No more DTM IDs are available

cause: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException:
org.apache.xml.dtm.DTMException: No more DTM IDs are available


Does anyone know of a "fix" for this?
