We need to create one or not and put in in the cvs.

The only thing I have found is
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk2/release/v2.0.0/src/jakarta-tomcat-connectors-jk2-2.0.0.tar.gz
But:
It does not contain configure, therefore it cannot be the release file :-(
It also miss a README in the main directory (at least to tell where the sources
are).
The name of the directory is jakarta-tomcat-connectors-jk2-2.0.0 that is wrong.
