### Description
Dear,
I started apisix(docker) on linux centos , but I tried to acess java plugin, but got error as below:
{"error_msg":"unknown plugin [ext-plugin-pre-req]"}
**I tried to fix this issue for 2 weeks, but failed, please help me!**

main steps as below
1.git clone https://github.com/apache/apisix-docker.git
2. change docker-compose.yml as below
3.change apisix_conf/config.yaml as below
4. start docker “ docker-compose -p docker-apisix up -d”
5.enable the plugin ext-plugin-pre-req via dashboard
6. try to access the demoFIlter plugin

APISIX 3.7.0
Operating system linux centos 7
used docker compose to start the example from docker-apisix.
