Kiran,

What does it mean?
Does it mean that there is no "Add Account" button in Accounts page as my attachment "jessica_2013_12_20_AccountsPage_AddAccountButton"?
If yes, please provide a screenshot.

I don't have environment of Ldap server.
So, please provide:
(1) database dump (which has Ldap data imported like what you described in this bug)
OR
(2) your URL, username, password (if username/password is not "admin"/"password")
