Can James run as a service under Win/XP ?

Two questions:

1) Can Phoenix / James be configured to run as a service under Win/XP Pro ?

2) If (1)=Yes, can anyone give me a brief HOWTO or point me at any existing
documentation ?

Thanks in advance,

Roy
