Here's my
+1
as a vote for reply-to being the list address, not the sender.

Although I'm not currently a big-time Alexandria-dev type, I think this is
useful for several reasons:

- It seems to be the way it's done for many apache mailing lists, at least
xml.apache.org ones

- It keeps more information flowing, encouraging the whole list to think
about ideas, which is part of the point of open source.

- It "bring[s] the behaviour of the list more into line with my personal
expectations ;0)"
