ASF DOAP Files instructions appear to no longer apply

Hi!

I was trying to expose Apache Groovy at
http://www.apache.org. It seems that if I follow
the old instructions:
    https://projects-old.apache.org/create.html
they no longer apply.

Two questions:

1. Can somebody, please, do the needful
for Groovy? Our DOAP file is here:
    https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=groovy.git;f=DOAP.rdf;a=blob_plain;hb=HEAD

2. Can somebody please update instructions?

In order to add Groovy to the project list at the bottom of the page,
you have to update

http://www.apache.org/index.html using CMS

Or did you mean something else?

You can do it by following the instructions at:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/README_NEWTLP
