vmware 系统虚拟机模板修改后为什么不生效

修改了系统虚拟机模板中的/opt/cloud/bin/ipassoc.sh文件，但是部署出来的router
虚拟机中为什么还是老的文件？cloudstack有还原的机制么？

 

已用新的模板在vmware上创建虚拟机测试过，模板中的文件确实已经是修改过的了。
