Server side Updater Fix -> Infra looks into it. (Issue: 127789)

Hi all,


I wrote on Sunday with Gavin if Infra could have a look with our Updater 
Issue. Gavin promised me to take over and find a solution.

Lets hope we find a cheap solution for the 4.1.X series.

We will try to find a solution for *all* older versions.

But the update feed for versions <4.0 is located on another server. See:
