From Phoenix 5.1.0 onwards the phoenix query server is separated as new repository(https://github.com/apache/phoenix-queryserver) so as part of BIGTOP-3498 while bumping up phoenix the queryserver related things removed. 

 

I would like to add phoenix queryserver as a new component and work on it.

Initially will add queryserver version 6.0.0( https://github.com/apache/phoenix-queryserver/tree/6.0.0)
