[GitHub] commons-lang pull request: LANG-1055: StrLookup.systemPropertiesLo...

    LANG-1055: StrLookup.systemPropertiesLookup() not singleton.

    - Assuming StrLookup.systemPropertiesLookup() should not be a singleton.
    - Assuming each lookup should have its own snap-shot of the system properties.
