   I have updated the NMS AMQP bits to fully generate release content the same way 5.x and Artemis releases already do in https://github.com/apache/activemq-website/commit/de3baa309df3f533baac81156553650acb05aaff
   
   The NMS AMQP download page now lists the current release(s), and points to past releases seperately, with all of the related content now totally generated from the release collection metadata files in src/_nms_amqp_releases/.

   I also added 1.8.2 to the site with: https://github.com/apache/activemq-website/commit/5b63be4a920317710519196813e4e1a5e8229c6c
   
   The 'current release' stream(s) are flagged with config in src/_data/current_releases.yml but that didnt change this time.
