Christian Schneider created KARAF-3822:
------------------------------------------

Summary: Error installing feature even if requirements should be present
                 Key: KARAF-3822
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-3822
             Project: Karaf
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: karaf-feature
    Affects Versions: 4.0.0
            Reporter: Christian Schneider
             Fix For: 4.0.1
         Attachments: req-issue.xml

Unpack and start plain apache-karaf-4.0.0
Download feature file to karaf dir.

feature:repo-add file:req-issue.xml
feature:install req-issue

It will show the exception below. The strange thing is that the requirements should be present.
