Provide ResourceAccessGate implementation that authorizes CRUD operations based on JCR permissios. 

The CRUD operations on the ResourceAccessGate should be implemented using the session.hasPermission using the ACTION_ADD_NODE, ACTION_READ, ACTION_SET_PROPERTY, ACTION_REMOVE ([1]).
