Hi,

Last round of changes include:

o Movement of all processing code into the ClassicPipeline.
  SessionValidator and AccessController are instantiated during
  pipeline init and reused.

o Template services are decoupled from turbine. service
  code references the services namespace, turbine client code
  references turbine namespace. there is still an issue where
  the encoding is retrieved from RunData in the velocity service.
  the encoding should be passed in as a parameter to handleRequest().

o cleaned up the session validators

o removed all screen/layout references from rundata
