Using HTML Parameter Masks?

Folks,

I have a need to generate tests whose parameters have
a discontinuous ranage.  Say from 10 to 20 and from 22 to 30 etc.  

The question is can I use to HTML Parameter Masks or do I have 
to a HTML User Parameter Modifier?  

Can the HTML User Parameter Modifier be used for less than user
scope lists of parameters?

Or do I need something else, like a "HTML User Parameter List"
Modifier?
