### Bug description
When setting or overriding a Maven property in CLI (via `-D<property>=<value>`) this value is not used for Site descriptor interpolation (being performed in https://github.com/apache/maven-doxia-sitetools/blob/e3aded99c1fc261e238f9089fa12b7f4d5af4bad/doxia-integration-tools/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/doxia/tools/DefaultSiteTool.java#L435).

We need to consider all sources of properties similar to what is done in https://github.com/apache/maven/blob/add3c9d4578ec56bfe7377cd26a486039c5b4af7/impl/maven-impl/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/impl/model/DefaultModelBuilder.java#L2296-L2298
