I think with the committed change your example would result in

   PresentSelector present = new PresentSelector();
   present.setTargetdir(file);
   present.setPresent(
EnumeratedAttribute.getInstance(PresentSelector.FilePresence.class, "both") );
   none.appendSelector(present);
