Parquet.ReadBuilder set reuseContainers twice. Remove repeat set reuseContainers.
The origin code as follows:
```
Parquet.ReadBuilder builder = Parquet.read(getInputFile(task))
.reuseContainers()
.split(task.start(), task.length())
.project(schema)
.createReaderFunc(fileSchema -> FlinkParquetReaders.buildReader(schema, fileSchema, idToConstant))
.filter(task.residual())
.caseSensitive(caseSensitive)
.reuseContainers();
```
