We need version information for these libs:
Xerces (is this 2.2.1?)
xsltc (2.4.1 like Xalan?)
xml-apis
commons-httpclient
commons-jxpath
jstyle
rdffilter
spark
Who can help in here? If one of those is not an official
release we should tag it with the date of the build.

It was used to beautify sitemap and xsp sources, but due to some bugs it
was disabled (IIRC). Check cocoon.xconf ...

Okay, a rudimentary check is happening now. It does not yet
stop the build, just reports poor filenames.

So it sounds like this can be enforced by the build process.
Could the check-jars.xsl be used to verify there is at least
one numeral in the filename?

regarding the swf stuff. I haven't had enough time to look into some bugs in
spark. maybe we should declare the block as unstable for the release?
I remember people reported some problems...
