[jira] Created: (JUDDI-233) Revisit juddi-cxf and juddi-axis
Revisit juddi-cxf and juddi-axis
--------------------------------
Key: JUDDI-233
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JUDDI-233
Project: jUDDI
Issue Type: Bug
Components: core
Affects Versions: 3.0alpha
Reporter: Tom Cunningham
Assignee: Kurt T Stam
Fix For: 3.0
Is there any need for both juddi-axis and juddi-cxf as modules? Could we merge these two into a generalized WAR module?

Kurt T Stam commented on JUDDI-233:
-----------------------------------
tcunning: if we want a shared war target that both inherit from that'd be fine for me
[11:34am] KurtStam: k, let's do that, then we can always see if it's worth it to do a profile
[11:34am] tcunning: plus if we add other implementations later it'd be easier if they are separate
[11:34am] KurtStam: at least we have no duplication then

-----------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
We're going to document rather then maintain different WS stack deployments in the project

Kurt T Stam commented on JUDDI-233:
-----------------------------------
We decided not to maintain different WS stack modules in the project but rather to document how to deploy to them. I opened JUDDI-283 for axis2.
