We need more specific code style guide for Scala to prevent code style differentiation. We discussed about this in [mailing list|http://apache-flink-mailing-list-archive.1008284.n3.nabble.com/Code-style-guideline-for-Scala-td7526.html].

Following works are needed:
* Providing code formatting configuration for Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA
* More detail description in [wiki|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Coding+Guidelines+for+Scala] and ["Coding Guidelines"|http://flink.apache.org/coding-guidelines.html] in homepage
* More strict rules in scala style checker (We need to discuss more)
