NTLM + JSPs
I'm currently working in an environment that has IIS and Apache servers.
I'm developing mostly in JSP/Servlet and recently came across a problem. Is
there a way for me to redirect from my JSP page to an IIS page that requires
NTLM Authentication? My JSPs currently reside on the Apache Web server and
I would like to redirect to an ASP that is protected via NTLM on IIS. Is
there a java plugin or hack someone has out there??
TIA!!

My inquiry was stated incorrectly.. I apologize. What I'm trying to do is
actually get authenticated without being prompted by the NTLM logon prompt.
When NTLM is enabled on the web site you're usually allowed to enter in if
you're logged on to a wintel box that has been authenticated by the domain
(the same domain that the web site is a member of). However, my Apache box
is on Linux which obviously is not part of the NT domain. So my question is
is there a way for me to get into (pass the NTLM prompt) the NTLM protected
intranet web site from a non-NTLM member, such as the Apache/Linux box? I
understand this is a very big security risk but for an internal Intranet
security is not a big issue especially for our environment of 50 people. I
would like to ideally surpass the IIS NTLM password/prompt..

No need for a plugin, assuming that you are running both IIS and Apache
you will
just need to redirect the request from Apache (and tomcat) to IIS.
