Add ignoresystemclasses="true" to build.xml

           Summary: Add ignoresystemclasses="true" to build.xml
           Product: Log4j
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Other
        AssignedTo: log4j-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: John.Bize@ExceptionalSoftware.com

In the build.xml file, I had to add ignoresystemclasses="true" to the
<available> task in the jmxCheck target, because Ant was finding MBeanInfo,
but I don't env have ${jmx.jar} set. This was causing my build to fail of course.
