   oh - I build the binary and deployed in my local environment and not seeing that behavior.
   
   Getting this in the access logs of TO 
   ```{{ip}} - admin [27/Mar/2020:22:11:27 +0000] "GET /api/1.4/deliveryservices?cdn=2 HTTP/1.1" 200 2696 13 "atstccfg/0.2"```
