I am trying to install HTML-Embperl-1.3.3 on an apache server running on an
AIX 4.3.3 (UNIX), and I am getting the following question during install:

Library for mod_perl.c not found, please enter path to libperl.so or
mod_perl.so:

I can find the mod_perl.c at the following locations

/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.19/src/modules/perl/mod_perl.c
/usr/local/src/mod_perl-1.25/src/modules/perl/mod_perl.c

The problem is that I can't find mod_perl.so or libperl.so on the system.

I am using perl ver. 5.005_03, apache ver 1.3.19,  mod_perl ver. 1.25 and
openssl-0.9.6a

My question is:

Can i use  /usr/local/src/mod_perl-1.25/apaci/libperl.module or
/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.19/src/modules/perl/mod_perl.o  instead somehow ?
