sync in generated build.sh

Hi,

Is there a good reason for not having the sync take place during the
update or just before the project is build (eg calling ./build.sh
commons-betwixt or calling ./update.sh jakarta-commons) ?
It saves a lot of hassle (and time..) if that is done in another place,
so you don't have to manually sync the directory when testing why a
build failed (commons-betwixt wouldn't have failed then btw ;)

Mvgr,
Martin
