   seems like mpool is broken since this happens in os code on alloc, not sure what could cause this yet.
   is it hard to reproduce this issues? there are quite a lot of changes between last stable revision and current master so will need to look through them, but would it be perhaps possible for you to find commit which breaks it using `git bisect`? that would help a lot.
