Concurrent Delete() in 1.4.3

Hello!

I 've a problem with my quite huge index (about 600.000 fields) which 
gets destroyed sometimes. My searcher/indexer runs as a SOAP service on 
mono/apache. When I call two concurrent reader.Delete() in exactly the 
same time, the second starts before the first makes its reader.Close();, 
index gets corrupted (read past EOF).  Is there a solution?
