[I] [Feature] add axisName click event [echarts]

### What problem does this feature solve?
i want listen the axisName clicked event when i use the radar chart.
i use the echartIntance.on api ,it's not work when i click the axisName
### What does the proposed API look like?
just echartIntance.on can listen to the event

You can set [`radar.triggerEvent`](https://echarts.apache.org/option.html#radar.triggerEvent) as `true` to enable mouse events.
