.Bat file Issue ?

Hi all

i have jmeter installed on system and QTP, when i open the bat file jmter
gets open with below message in the command window, Please let me know if
this is an issue? , is this is an issue please tell me how to resolve, AS
QTP will not be uninstalled.

Please tell me if i would carry on working with same on Jmeter will cause
any prob in recording or running script files.
