> In order to test some code paths in Cassandra we need to set system properties, which can be done using JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS, when we do this some tests fail as it expects stderr to be empty; we have a function assert_stderr_clean which does the same check but filters out stuff like JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS
