JSVGCanvas regression

Hi all,

The JSVGCanvas resize behavior has regressed to the one it has before my
modifications on wednesday.
After a fast investigation I discovered that my changes were cancelled
by Bill's commit on thursday.

So for Bill and for those which are not familiar with CVS:

    !!! Do an update just before commiting !!!

This will prevent loss of time and efforts.
