   ### Motivation
   This PR aims to refactor `AuthenticationProviderToken`.
   
   ### Modifications
   1- `AuthenticationProviderToken` is being refactored by supporting maintainability.
   2- Added validation check if Jwt is blank.
   3- New UTs coverage is added.
