Hi

How do I change /usr/local/bin/perl5 in every cgi scripts to
/usr/bin/perl? because in my server perl had installed in /usr/bin

While you may be downloading CGI scripts, there should be no need to have
them run on the mirror sites; all CGI script links from the apache home
page point exclusively to www.apache.org.  So you can safely disable CGI
execution from the apache mirror tree.
