Xiang Sheng commented on HAWQ-1221:
-----------------------------------

RCA : there is no yaml file exist check when hawq register data to hawq using a yaml file.

Resolution : add a function for checking whether the yaml file exists and a function call in the if statement, stay the original if logic at the same time.

> Currently when register a yml file that doesn't exist, it will throw a python exception, it's not friendly to users, so we should check whether the yml file exists first.
