SSL certificate problem

Hi,

I've got a standalone Tomcat server 3.2 running on a Linux machine (no
apache)

I have an SSL certificate which is expired.
When I renewed it, I didn't have the challange phrase, so I had to put in a
lot of info, including a .csr.
Since I had the .csr from the old certificate, I just used that one.

Now I can't upgrade the certificate to the new one,
Anyone got any experience on this?
I need hints and/or links to readme's, faqs, whatever

Mvh,
Regards,
Eivind Ravndal
